Your PMP certification will open doors for advancement and the corresponding pay raises. Example: Because of your PMP certification, you are offered a promotion. It comes with a $20,000 pay raise. You will work another 20 years until you retire.

Income increase in Year 1 = $20,000.  You spent $2,167 to earn $20,000. 

Income increase over 20 years = $400,000. You spent $2,167 to earn $400,000.
